Shipping Times and Rates

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Sven & Co. does not ship orders to post office boxes. Sven & Co. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

• Standard Ground Shipping: $0
  Available on all orders under $500. Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

• Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0 
  Available on all orders above $500. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

• Next-day delivery: $20 without signature confirmation or with signature confirmation (Complimentary on orders above $1000)
  Orders placed  Monday through Friday before 3:00PM PST will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 12:00PM PST will be delivered on Monday. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.

• Orders placed before 3:00PM PST Monday through Friday will be available for delivery on the same day. 
• Orders placed after 3:00PM PST Monday through Sunday will be available for delivery on the following day. 
• Holiday delivery is not available
• Complimentary on all orders

More Information on Complimentary Shipping:

• Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.

• Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if:

• Merchandise $4,500 and under will be accepted for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
• Merchandise over $4,500 or more will be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $4,500.
• Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging.
• This is inclusive of yellow boxes, Nabuka boxes and pouches.
